PERSONAL DE LA UNIDAD DE DELITOS COMPLEJOS PROCEDIMIENTOS JUDICIALES LA RIOJA PROCEDIERON A LA EJECUCION DE DOS ALLANAMIENTOS EN LA CIUDAD DE LA RIOJA LOGRANDO LA DETENCI\u00d3N DE CIUDADANO, QUIEN SE ENCONTRABA INVOLUCRADO CON LA INTERDICCI\u00d3N Y RECEPCI\u00d3N DE ENCOMIENDA CON SUSTANCIAS ESTUPEFACIENTES.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El procedimiento se llev\u00f3 a cabo el d\u00eda 24 de septiembre en horas de la tarde, cuando personal de la Unidad de Investigaciones de Delitos Complejos y Procedimientos Judiciales \u201cLa Rioja\u201d, dependiente de la Regi\u00f3n IV de Gendarmer\u00eda Nacional, con el apoyo operativo del Escuadr\u00f3n 58 \u201cLa Rioja\u201d, ejecut\u00f3 de manera simult\u00e1nea dos allanamientos en la ciudad capital, en distintos domicilios vinculados al sindicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las diligencias fueron resultado de intensas tareas investigativas dispuestas por el magistrado interviniente, orientadas a detectar al destinatario de encomiendas con estupefacientes con origen en las provincias de Salta y Jujuy; con destino final la ciudad de La Rioja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Producto de dichas labores se logr\u00f3 establecer domicilios de residencia del investigado, lo que permiti\u00f3 al Juzgado Federal de Tucum\u00e1n librar las correspondientes \u00f3rdenes de allanamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La r\u00e1pida y eficaz intervenci\u00f3n de la Unidad de Investigaciones permiti\u00f3 concretar la detenci\u00f3n de un ciudadano masculino mayor de edad, directamente involucrado en la causa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, aparte del secuestro de elementos de inter\u00e9s, se procedi\u00f3 al secuestro de tres (3) tel\u00e9fonos celulares pertenecientes al detenido y de una balanza de precisi\u00f3n, (elementos de relevancia para la investigaci\u00f3n en curso).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Dr. Guillermo D\u00edaz Mart\u00ednez, a cargo del Juzgado interviniente, dispuso la detenci\u00f3n en car\u00e1cter incomunicado del involucrado, qui\u00e9n permanecer\u00e1 alojado en la Penitenciaria de La Rioja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
